Jacqui

Hi I’m Jacqui I’ve owned Serene since 1989 and its success  is down to my attention to detail and my passion for The Hair and Beauty industry ,also  being surrounded with a fabulous team of talented Hair stylist and Beauty Therapists .
I’ve been a hairdresser since the tender age of 16 and even after all this time I still absolutely love it and I love learning new skills , 

Im a cutting expert with 40 years of experience, my signature hair cut is the classic Bob, i also specialist in long hair and Afro /curly hair and  Brazilian blow dries.

I have great knowledge and passion for haircare and will prescribe your perfect home care package so you will have a great hair day every day.

So if you have long unruly hair you want tamed then I'm the stylist for you. 

I have very high standards which plays a lead role in the day to day running of Serene Hair and Beauty, priding myself on premium customer service and ensuring that the newest trends and products are always available from her team. I love fashion and interior design and spending time with my friends and family and my beloved dogs.

Pauline

Pauline is a long standing stylist at serene and specialises  in hair colouring and cutting catering for all age groups.and is passionate about blow drying . 

Pauline has exceptional knowledge and is our in house Colour and Perming Expert, she a specialists in all aspects of colour, so if your looking for fabulous, natural looking, glossy hair colour or a set of perfect Highlights she is the stylist for you! She only works Tuesdays and Fridays so pre booking is a must ! 
Pauline likes to relax in her spare time by enjoying good food and socialising with friends 

Megan

Megan is a highly experienced Hair and Beauty Specialist with over 18 years in the industry, offering a professional, results-driven approach to both hair and advanced skincare treatments. She specialises in advanced skin therapies including microneedling, dermaplaning, enzyme peels, and bespoke facials, all tailored to improve skin health, texture, and overall radiance.

Alongside her skincare expertise, Megan is a talented hairdresser known for her work with taped hair extensions, seamless extension blending, and her expertise as a blonding specialist. She is passionate about creating beautiful, natural-looking blondes, carefully customised to complement each client’s skin tone and style while maintaining the health and condition of the hair.

Committed to supporting her clients beyond the salon visit, she will always provide the best professional advice on recommended homecare products to help prolong the longevity of clients Hair. 

Her attention to detail, professionalism, and dedication to ongoing education ensure every client receives the highest standard of care. Megan prides herself on creating a welcoming, relaxing environment where clients feel confident, valued, and leave looking and feeling their absolute best.

Jacqui

Jacqui is our newest member of staff joining us in August 2023 , 

Jacqui has a wealth of hair Knowledge  and  experience and has worked in some very Prestigious London salons , shes a expert in all colouring Techniques and her Favourite is Balayage or a bright fashion shade to make a big Statement !

She is a very skilled Haircutting and loves short Hair ! she also loves Hairups and has worked quite a few years doing Wedding hair , so if your getting married shes your Stylist !

She will always meet you with a big smile and is looking to grow her clientele so is taking on New clients . Graduate Stylist  

Lauren

Lauren is our junior Stylist and qualified in September 2025 , 

Lauren loves a bouncy blow dry and her curling is to die for ! 
Lauren has just completed a Balyage course at the Wella Studio in London and is looking forward to welcoming new clients ! 
Lauren’s blow dry is £20 

Lauren Cut and blow dry is £30 

Lauren’s Balyage and blow dry is £99 

Harriett

Harriett is our newest Team Member and is our Apprentice.

Harriett is such has such a sweet nature and will give you the best head massage you have ever had!

She has a bright future in hairdressing and is looking for models.

Harrietts blow dries and curls are £15 

she’s already a amazing stylist , she looking for models for cutting on a Thursday and Friday all under supervision , ?? 01843 861823 if you would like to be a model .
