Serene Hair & Beauty – Facial Course Purchase Agreement

By purchasing a facial treatment course with Serene Hair & Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All facial courses must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of treatments unless otherwise agreed.
• Facial courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• No refunds will be issued for unused, partially used, or missed treatments within the course.
• Treatments included within the course must be used within the agreed validity period (if applicable).
• We kindly ask that appointments are cancelled or rearranged with sufficient notice in line with salon policy.
• Serene Hair & Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment where contraindications or medical concerns arise, and alternative arrangements may be discussed where appropriate.
