Buying online with Serene Salon is reallly straight forward. You just need to browse our online shop, click on any items that you wish to purchase and add them to your basket to place the item into your basket.
Once you have selected all the products you require, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order; name, address, debit / credit card details or Paypal username and password if you are a Paypal user. And that's pretty much all we need.
Payment can be made in pounds sterling using our totally secure online facility provided by Paypal. All prices include VAT at the current rate and P&P will be added to your order at the checkout.
Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice we reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale at any time.
We want to keep our delivery pricing really simple and so all deliveries within the UK cost just £4.95 no matter how big or small your order. The delivery charge will be added as soon as you go to the Checkout page of our site.
We offer a quick efficient delivery service by Royal Mail 1st class post and aim for your delivery to reach you in 1 – 4 working days after your order is received. We carry all items in our salon so we will almost always have your products in stock. On the rare occassion that we are temporarily out of stock, we will advise you straight away and suggest an alternative. If you are happy to wait a small amount of time, we will send the product when it becomes available.
Please note that we can not be held responsible for items delayed due to unforeseen circumstances in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
We want you to be delighted with your purchases, as we aim to offer excellent quality, value and service at all times. You can return or exchange goods within 7 working days following delivery, as long as they are in the original packaging, have not been used and are in a re-saleable condition. When returning goods a copy of your paid invoice must be included, after we have established that the item is unused and undamaged we will refund the entire sales price excluding the original cost of delivery.
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible or within 3 working days of receipt of goods, stating your order number and in what way goods have been damaged. Return the items to the address below within 5 working days and we will re-dispatch the item or credit your account as appropriate.
